1. 12 Carrots.
2. 12 Apples.
3. 06 Golden Delicious Apples.
4. 06 Pieces of Ginger. Each piece should be 1 Inch Long.
5. 09 Cucumbers.
6. 18 Celery Stalks.
7. 36-48 Kale Leaves.
8. 2 Lemons.
9. 3 Limes.
10. 12 Tomatoes. Should be Plum.
11. 6 Red Bell Peppers.
12. 1 Red Onion. Should be Small.
13. 6 Cups of Parsley.
14. 3 Sweet Potatoes. Should be Large.
15. 6 Red Beets. Should be Large Too!
16. 3 Oranges.
17. 24 Leaves Swiss Chard.
18. 18 Clementines.
Juice Meal Plan
